Delete Account Request – Bliska
At Bliska, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so using either the in-app settings or by submitting a manual request if you no longer have access to the app.
Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your profile, service listings, and chat history will be removed from our active databases. Some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
If you still have the Bliska app installed, this is the fastest way to process your request:
Open the Bliska mobile application.
Go to Settings (or Profile).
Tap on Account Security or Privacy.
Select "Delete Account".
Confirm your choice. Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you may request deletion by contacting our privacy team:
Email: privacy@bliska.ma
Subject Line: Please use the subject "Delete My Account".
Required Information: Send the email from the address associated with your account.
If you signed up via phone number, include your phone number in the email for verification.
When your account is deleted, we remove the following data associated with your user ID:
Profile Information: Name, email, phone number, and profile photos.
Service Listings: Any services, portfolios, or descriptions you have posted.
Device Data: Device tokens for push notifications.
Location Data: Stored location history.
For email requests, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 business days, in compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and GDPR standards.
